It's always a raucous, exciting event with the introduction of the student athletes in all fall sports. Experience the fanfare and tradition of the announcement homecoming court and crowning of the Homecoming Queen and King. The pep-rally culminates in the intense, class competition of who has the most spirit as they vie for the spirit stick! The parade begins at the bus garage on Willow Oak Road in Eastville and continues along Courthouse Rd. toward the High School. Wear your Blue and Gold for the game at 7 PM as the Jackets take on West Point. Admission is $5. Cheer along with the cheerleaders as they pump up the team and folks in the stands! This year the Jacket Marching Band is back in action under the direction of Brad Ford. This young marching band shows their determination and school spirit every home game and they look fabulous in their new uniforms! Special Half-time Show The VSU Trojan Explosion Marching Band will also be part of the excitement. They put on a spectacular show and know how to get people up on their feet!
