REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT OF BULKHEADS AT WILLIS WHARF HARBOR
The County of Northampton, Virginia is accepting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of existing bulkheads and other various repair work to existing bulkheads around the Willis Wharf Harbor located at 5089 Willis Wharf Rd, Exmore, VA 23350. Sealed bids may be submitted either as a physical hard copy or electronically through eVA, the Virginia Department of General Services central electronic procurement website. Faxed or emailed proposals are not acceptable. Bids will be received until 3:00 PM, Thursday, December 19, 2024. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter. Physical bids received after the assigned time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding.
