Registration for the February 13th 2025 Eastern Shore Small Farms and Homesteaders Workshop is open!
Join us for the Accomack/Northampton Virginia Cooperative Extension 2025 Eastern Shore Small Farms and Homesteaders Workshop on Thursday, February 13th from 8am to 4pm at the Eastern Shore Agricultural Research and Extension Center.

Space is limited but the event is open to the public for either session, including beginners and those who have an interest in starting to raise backyard chickens.

We have a great lineup of expert speakers from Virginia Tech, Virginia Cooperative Extension, Virginia State University and VDACS as well as expert producers. Updates on small farm NRCS, Eastern Shore Soil and Water Conservation District programs and Virginia State University will also be provided.
