The deadline to apply for the program is
Friday, May 30, 2025.
Do you own and occupy your home in Northampton County as your sole dwelling?
Are you at least 65-years-old or permanently and totally disabled?
Is your household income less than $57,500?
Excluding your home, is your combined net worth less than $115,000?
Are all your county taxes paid?
If you have answered yes to the above, you qualify.

Applications are available after January 1ST of the tax year and must be filed with the Commissioner's office by April 15th. For tax year 2025, due to an ordinance change by the Board of Supervisors to increase household income and net worth limit, the Commissioner of Revenue’s office will accept applications until Friday, May 30, 2025.
